Acapulco Chair Hemp
The Acapulco chair hemp is designed as a natural variant of the classic Acapulco chair. The hemp rope provides a warm and natural appearance and also provides a cool seat due to the open structure. The seat is very comfortable due to the soft and slightly flexible hemp cords.
The seat is woven by hand from 100% vegetable hemp rope. Hemp fibre naturally has anti-UV, fire-retardant, anti-bacterial and anti-static properties.
Hemp fibre is very resistant and durable and can therefore also be used outdoors. However, for long-term use, we recommend using the chair mainly indoors and protecting it from moisture and sun. The hemp cords can shrink and expand due to moisture and dryness.
Genuine Acapulco chairs have a quality and durability not found on lesser replicas due to the welded frame with galvanized coating. The steel frames of our chairs are made from one solid part and cannot be dismantled. This improves quality and stability.
Because they are handmade, each Acapulco chair is slightly different with its own character and authenticity.
